Double Your AdSense Earning in a Month

Today there are millions of website using Google AdSense for their major earning source. Google AdSense is biggest player in Pay Per Click (PPC) advertisement network.

To earn with Google AdSense you have to put AdSense ad code on your website and AdSense will show relevant ad Ads on your Website and whenever any visitor clicks on that ad you earn money. Pay per click ad can make you earn from $0.01 to as much as $ 10 + per ad click. Earnings per click depend upon many different reasons like how popular or competitive that keyword is and in which country that ad is shown.

Many website or blogger owners are not satisfied with their AdSense earnings. Many website get many ad clicks but there earning per click is very low or many of website gets very few click. There can be different reasons why you are earning low. May be your website niche is not competitive and have fewer advertisers. If your website niche has less advertisers and because of this reason you can’t change niche of your website. It is better to try to increase AdSense ads earning buy changing AdSense settings not the entire website niche.

Today I am going to list 4 simple steps which can double your AdSense earnings. Your earning is not going to increase in a day. These 4 steps can take 4 weeks to increase or even double your AdSense earnings. Every week you have to note performance of your earning. After forth week you will stick with your most successful setting which can increase your future earnings.

Before starting few things you must know few things which are:

1. You can place up to 3 AdSense Ad units on a webpage.
2. Google love fast websites.
3. Google love contents so write regularly on your blog.
4. Don’t spam. Don’t copy paste others blogs post.
5. Try to increase your website traffic without visitors you can’t increase you’re earning.

1st Week

Before you start changing anything you must note down few thing like how many AdSense ad units you are using right now. On which place of your site you have put the ads and what colors you are using for your AdSense ads.

Now you are ready with your past setting now it’s time for changes. As you know Google AdSense allow you to put up to 3 AdSense ad units on a page and big ad units like 728×90, 360×280, 160×600 attracts visitors and these size of ad units get most clicks. As you know which size ad units you are using on first week you have to put big size ad units on your website.

On first week I will suggest you to put 3 ad units on your web page because this will give you the idea of best ad place for your ads. Normally I don’t suggest to put 3 ad units on a page because this will reduce your per click earning. Before rushing to change your ad units you have to look your website design and note on which place where you can put these ad units. As big ad units get most of the clicks I will suggest you to use big ad unites like 728×90, 360×280, 160×600 etc. and important part ad place matters, putting ads on bottom of the page will not get much clicks so choosing right place is important.

Finding the right place for Google AdSense ad on your web page can be little tricky job. If you are a blogger then some of good ad place can be just after the post title and above content, sidebar and the bottom of the content. Right ad place depends on site to site every website have different template style and look so you have to self figure out right place.

If you are ready you can put new ad code on your website. It will be much better if you can use different colors for your different ad units. Default ad color is blue and many of visitors easily recognize this as ad and don’t click on the ads. You should try matching ad colors with your website color combination. Don’t forget to note down the first week changes you have made on your website like how many ad units, ad size and ad color.

Note: Google AdSense give you the option of give channel name for every ad you create it is advice to create channels which will help you to monitor your ad performance.

After 1st week note down few thing like your total earnings of the week, which ad unit have got most click, which ad color have got most clicks, which ad unit have got high earnings per click.

2nd Week

At starting of 2nd week you have data about different ad units. You have to figure out the worse performing ad unit, bad performing ad size or place.

This week change all ad unit color with best performing ad color of 1st week. Replace the worse performing ad unit with much smaller ad unit like 468×60, 250×250 etc ad size.

Third ad unit is now smaller then 1st weeks ad unit this will display less ad compare to big ad unit this can bring high paid ads first and can increase ad unit earning.

3rd Week

At the beginning of 3rd week you have again new data. Note down worse performing ad unit.

This week remove the worse performing ad unit from your web page. Now you are left with 2 ad units which can display high paying ads. Less ad units can give high per click earning but less ad units can give you less clicks which can result as less earning.

In these 4 steps you will find what is best for your website less ad units or many ad units and which ad color give best result.

4th Week

Now again you have new data of third week. Find out the low performing ad of week 3 and remove that ad unit from your web page. Now you are left with only one ad unit. I will suggest place that ad unit above the fold (Ad should be shown as website is open without scrolling down the page).

Only one ad unit can show high paying or high click getting ads which can increase you’re earning a lot. Only one ad unit can decrease some website earning as they will get few click. More than one ad units can get more clicks and can increase earnings for some websites.

This can be last week for your research of increasing your AdSense earning. At the end of 4th week you have to compare all 4 week earnings and find which week earning was highest.

If any week earning is lot more than other 3 weeks then that week AdSense ad settings are the best for your website or blog and you can change your AdSense ad setting to best match settings.

This step have increased my earning a lot and on some of my blog I am using single ad unit and on some 2 or more ad units.

Change AdSense AD Font Size

Few months back AdSense given publishers an option of changing AD font face. This time AdSense have added one more feature changing the font size.

Now you can change your AdSense Ad unit font size from the options small, medium and large. Google was testing this feature from few times without giving this option to publishers and they found large text font works well for many publisher.

Now this option is available to all AdSense publishers. They can change there ad unit font size easily. You can change font size by going to AdSense Setup – Manage Ads – Choose your Ad unit there you will find option Font where you can change Font family and font size.

Now you have to check which font size works best for your site.

Google has finally announced new feature for all publisher the ability of changing Ad font. This feature was dream for all small publishers.

This feature was already available for premium publisher and small publishers were looking for this for their account. This will help small publisher to match Ads font to their content font and help them to increase their earnings.

The bad thing about this new feature is that you have only few choices for font Arial, Times, and Verdana you can choose for your Ad.

How my Google AdSense account was Disabled and Reinstate

In this post I am sharing my experience what I faced with Google AdSense when they disabled my account and how I reinstate my account. Yes its real story.

Google AdSense account disabled

I was earning as good as you with Google AdSense and I am happy with my earning but one day I got a mail from Google AdSense that your account is disabled because of invalid click.Invalid click I have not clicked on my ads how can Google disable my account, what about my earning, I got cheated Google can’t do so I will see them, this is unfair.

How my AdSense account was Reinstate

As I told my account was disabled by Google.

I thought Google don’t want me to earn. They war unhappy by clicks I was getting. I quickly appeal for my disabled account without much information provided to Google AdSense and I do not got any response in 3-4 days and I thought I have loosed my money but I asked my self what went wrong when I have not clicked on my ads..

After some deep thinking what could be went wrong I thought I got the reason why Google AdSense was feeling about invalid click and I re appealed for my disabled account I write to them:

There can be few reasons which look like invalid click on my site.
If you feel that most of the clicks come within an hour then there is a reason, one of my AdWords campaign starts at 5 PM (this campaign is running from more then 6 months) and that campaign bring more then 150 visitor at a time so most of the clicks and impressions come at that time which can looks like click fraud but I can show you the proof of my campaigns and if you do not trust me then I will try asking Google AdWord team to send you the data of my campaigns.
I track my earnings and spending (on advertisement) daily and I had not found any earning growth till 20 May 2007. If invalid clicks are found on 21 May 2007 then the only reason can be that some one (my rivals or any crazy guy) wants me to get out from Adsense program. Please try to understand there is no source of getting to know who made invalid click on my site and you do not provide us the data so it is very difficult to know who have made invalid click.

I am working with Adsense from more then a year but I have never click on the ads on my site. I am totally aware of Terms and Condition and Program Policy of Google AdSense program.

If you have found any invalid activity on any day then I am not interested for that days earning but when I have not done any thing wrong then I request you to look after my problem. I am ready to answer any of your questions; I am ready to meet Adsense team or can talk to you regarding this problem.

After two day I got the mail from Google AdSense:

Hello,

As you know, Google treats instances of invalid click activity very seriously. We have reviewed your circumstances and have reinstated your account, effective immediately. However, there will be a delay before ads start running on your website. It may take up to 48 hours before all of our servers are informed of the change.

Thank you for clarifying your situation. We appreciate your patience, and apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions, please feel free to respond to this email.

So that’s how my Google AdSense account was reinstated.

I just want to say if you are not doing any invalid activity with Google AdSense program and your account is disabled then first look after what went wrong, what can be done after clearing your view then appeal for disabled account with as much as possible information which can proof you right.

AdSense Publisher Account Type

Today millions of websites are using AdSense to monetize there website. There are many small publishers and few big publishers. Why I am saying small publisher? There are few publishers who are earning thousands of dollars per month with AdSense. There minimum AdSense earning are 10,000+ per month and they get many extra benefit from AdSense.

There are mainly two types of publisher account normal publisher and premium publisher. Normal publisher do not get special privilege like premium publisher. Normal publishers get preset ad style while premium publisher get advantage of customizing ads size and view style other than this premium publisher get some more advantages.

Premium Ad Example:

First to be a premium publisher there are some criteria. When your site maintains those criteria you can apply for premium publisher account but mostly Google sends invitation to join premium publisher account who reaches premium publisher requirement criteria.

Eligibility for Premium Publisher

If a site is getting 5 million search query or 20 million page views per month then they can apply for premium publisher.

Premium publishers get some premium benefits which also help them to increase their earnings. Some of the benefits are:

Ad customization has no limit for premium publishers. They are not restricted to limited or pre set ad format. They can create ad of any size, they can change ads font style and size. Not just that they get lot of other style option which can be changed my CSS or JavaScript.

Premium publisher get dedicated account manager who help them to solve their queries or problems by phone. They don’t have to wait long to get answers.

Premium Ad Example:

They can negotiate revenue share with Google.
They can place their ads on Adult and gambling site.
They can place more than 3 ad units on a page and much more.
There is no such thing like “Ads by Google” on their ads.
There are premium AdSense publishers like About.com, Downloads.com, and Ask.com etc.

There are some big publishers who get many extra benefits than normal publishers like they can change font style and can customize ads size but they say that they are not a premium publisher. Those publishers get some extra benefits but their ads are with “Ads by Google” on it while some premium publishers don’t have such thing on their ads.

If you are a normal publisher but you are running a web company for your site and have 20 or more employs you can change your account from Individual to Business account. There is no difference in individual and business account. Business account payments are send on Company name, while individuals payments are send on the name of account holder.

Preparing to start your own blog? Great you are on a good way but hay wait for some time before starting your own blog.

Why I am saying you to wait for some time and for how much time? If you are starting your very first blog you have to learn many things before starting your own blog. Don’t worry it will not take too much time maximum of one week. For one week, why I should delay my blog launch? Yes this would be your next question. I am not an expert blogger to tell you those things which I am going to suggest you in this post but this will help you a lot to develop your successful blog. This is all I have learned from my mistakes and many of other new bloggers do in begging.

It’s not just about creating your own blog this is about creating a successful blog. Who don’t want to have a successful blog? The meaning of success can be different to everyone. Some feels blog success is by earning lot of money, for other lot of visitors is success, some other feels increasing in there brand values is success. What ever meaning of success is to you but at the end you want to be successful.

What I have to do to become successful? Answer is some study of building a proper blog. There is lot of competition on internet why a visitor should come to your blog, what they will get on your blog, what unique is in your blog. Does your blog gives them some value or this is also a copy cat blog same old things and filled with crap.
